Effective date: November 3, 2026  |  Last updated: November 3, 2026

Metro Florida Realty 1 LLC (“Metro Florida Realty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our visitors to do the same. This policy explains how we handle claims of copyright infringement on metrofloridarealty.com under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. Section 512.

1.Our content

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Metro Florida Realty or used with permission. Listing photographs, property descriptions, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used in connection with real estate services. If you believe your work appears on our site without authorization, follow the steps below.

2.Reporting a claim of infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act for one, and you believe material on our site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent (Section 3) that includes all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. A description of where the material is located on our site, with enough detail for us to find it, such as the page URL.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

3.Designated Copyright Agent

Send DMCA notices to:

Copyright Agent, Metro Florida Realty 1 LLC
Email: info@metrofloridarealty.com
Phone: +1 407-617-3149

Please put “DMCA Notice” in the subject line so we can route it quickly.

4.Our response and removal

When we receive a valid notice that meets the requirements above, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material in question. We may also notify the person who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled.

5.Counter-notification

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. A description of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or that person’s agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complaining party files a court action seeking to restrain the activity.

6.Repeat infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, limit access to our site or remove content from anyone who is found to infringe the copyrights of others repeatedly.

7.Third-party and platform content

Some content on or linked from our site, such as listing data, maps, scheduling tools, and syndicated materials, is provided by third parties or platforms. Claims about content hosted on another platform should also be directed to that platform under its own policy. We will cooperate reasonably to address valid claims about material within our control.

8.Misrepresentations

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed or disabled by mistake, may be liable for damages. Consider speaking with an attorney before filing a notice or counter-notice.

9.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Please check back for the current version.
